There is a difference between feeling hungry and thinking hungry.
As the lunch hour rolls around, routine and momentum brings food and we shovel it in our faces without thinking, feeling, working out if we really are hungry or not.
I had breakfast today. A small yoghurt. And then nothing. Until half-past nine. That was when I first felt hungry, so that was when I ate.
For the first time in a long while I don’t feel bloated and like I over-ate.
There’s something in that, you know.
